A pangram is a sentence that uses every letter of the alphabet at least once. Type or paste any text to see which letters it covers, which are missing, and how close it is to being a perfect or even a perfect pangram (26 letters, no repeats).

Pangrams are used to showcase typefaces, test keyboards, and practice handwriting because they exercise every letter. A perfect pangram uses each of the 26 letters exactly once — extremely rare in natural English. Shorter pangrams are harder to build; the shortest well-known ones clock in around 28–30 letters.
