Map who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for every task in your project. Optionally enable Support (RASCI). The tool validates each task has exactly one Accountable and flags overloaded or under-assigned rows. Export as Markdown, CSV, or HTML.
RACI is a responsibility assignment matrix used in project management to clarify roles for every deliverable, task, or decision. The four letters stand for Responsible (the person doing the work), Accountable (the single owner who answers for the outcome — there should be exactly one per row), Consulted (people whose input is sought via two-way conversation before the work is done), and Informed (people kept in the loop one-way, usually after the work is done). Variants include RASCI (adds Support for those who help the Responsible), DACI (Driver / Approver / Contributor / Informed) for decisions, and RAPID (Recommend / Agree / Perform / Input / Decide). A well-built RACI eliminates the two most common project failure modes: nobody knew they owned it and everybody thought they owned it. Use the validator to catch rows with no Accountable, more than one Accountable (the cardinal sin), or stakeholders carrying too many Responsibilities.
