iCalendar RRULE Builder

Generate an RFC 5545 RRULE for calendar events. Pick a frequency, interval, by-day / by-month / by-month-day selectors, and either a COUNT or UNTIL boundary. The tool prints the rule line and previews the next occurrences starting from a DTSTART you control — no server, no calendar library.
